Vendor needs to provide district printing solution to the government authority located in Derby, KS.
- To purchase multifunction (Print/Copy/Scan/Fax) devices, software and services for a district printing solution that meets ALL of the following specifications:
- Color Devices, Single-Pass Duplex Color Network Printing, Single-Pass Duplex Color Scanning (to Email, Network and Cloud/Google Drive), Automatic Document Feeder with single-pass duplexing,
- Black and White Devices: Single-Pass Duplex Network Printing, Single-Pass Duplex Cloud Printing,
- Delivery, installation, configuration and tuning to ensure that the devices are connected,integrated into PaperCut, fully programmed and configured to optimum performance and ready for full production use.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
