Government authority located in Garden City, Kansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for construction manager at-risk services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide construction manager at-risk services include a mill, overlay and expansion of the existing parking lot, new drop off area, renovation of the existing bathhouse, with a new freestanding administration/concession building to the government authority located in Garden City, KS.
- All pool/aquatic areas of the existing Big Pool site will be demolished and replaced, except for the splash pad. Aquatic components include a new 50mx35yd competition pool with dive well, fly high slide, aquatics ninja course, zero-depth entry pool with lazy river and leisure pool with multiple slides. A renovation of the existing splash pad will be included along with the full replacement of all deck areas and fencing.
- Construction management project approach and proposed services, that includes the following:
a. Preconstruction Services with emphasis on working with the design team to develop the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), schedules, construction cost estimates, value engineering of the final design (if needed), and constructability review for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other systems.
b. Bidding Period Service.
c. Construction Service.
d. Post-construction Service.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
