Government authority located in Kansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for sexual predator treatment program services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide sexual predator treatment program services for the civil commitment of persons identified as sexually violent predators to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Treatment at SPTP follows the Risk-Needs-Responsivity Model which develops, in motivated Residents, the skills which would allow those who complete treatment to safely return to society as a non-violent citizen.
- Once the Assessment and Orientation Tier has been completed, residents move to Tier One to focus on skill acquisition, which provides residents the tools to effectively identify their individual risk and courses to decrease re-offense.
- Tier Two provides residents with the tools to move from highly structured inpatient treatment toward a more independent lifestyle and the opportunity to demonstrate the acquisition of such skills.
1. Conduct up to 6 hours of in person, face-to-face process psychotherapy groups
2. Provide up to 4 hours of in person, face-to-face supplemental groups
3. Conduct in person, face-to-face individual psychotherapy sessions with 3 Residents so that each Resident on the caseload is seen in individual therapy a minimum of six times per year.
4. Complete therapy-related tasks, including
a. Documentation as directed and required by LSH Supervisors and Information Management Policy.
b. Quarterly reviews (or more frequently if required)
c. Quarterly risk assessments (or more frequently if required)
d. Attend Clinical Individual Treatment Plan meetings and complete notes
e. Read, comment on, and edit Resident Journal Summaries
f. Read, comment on, and edit Relapse Prevention Plans
g. Read, comment on, and edit Resident “homework”
h. Review Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to address issues related to assigned Residents
i. Attend Treatment Teams and other meetings as assigned
j. Review property and media for clinical appropriateness
k. Respond to Resident requests and complaints per hospital policy.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
