[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fiscal impact study on three future land use scenarios with differing intensities that will be identified in concert with an update of the city’s comprehensive plan to the government authority located in Lenexa, KS.
- Seeks the services of a professional consulting firm with extensive experience and skills in the development of municipal fiscal impact studies based on future land use.
- Identify the annual costs of such growth on the community inclusive of all demands for infrastructure, services, etc.
- Identify the additional staffing needed to maintain current services levels throughout the city until full build out.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 31, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
