[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide banking services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
(1) the immediate, secure deposit and transfer of funds;
(2) the availability of funds to meet the obligations of the Agency;
(3) the accurate and satisfactory collateralization of all funds;
(4) the immediate and adequate accounting for all funds; and
(5) compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of federal and state governing bodies;
- Accounts Required: - There are two (2) accounts that may be bid: The Fee Agency Account, and the Special Cash Fund Account. The Fee Agency Account and the Special Cash Fund Account will have its own distinct bank account and has specific requirements.
1) Fee Agency Account—This account is the Agency’s main banking account. All departmental deposits are made into this account. Proceeds from the State Fair received by the Agency are deposited into this account. Certain departments may contract with private security and may bring deposits directly to the bank.
2) Special Cash Fund Account - This account is authorized by the State of Kansas. It is used for change funds, emergency disbursements and advances. The maximum dollar amount for this account is currently $200,000.

(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 03, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
