- current pay plans for all County positions
- study of base pay for all positions and recommendations for how to equitably consider additional pay received by County positions
- Conduct an external competitive market study for all current County positions to measure County pay versus market rates for each position
- Provide final products to the Human Resource Director in print and electronic format including worksheets.
