[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to examination consultant services to design and maintain the state-specific portion of the professional Surveyor’s examination to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Contractor must have a bachelor of science degree in surveying, geomatics or equivalent from ABET accredited program, a master’s degree in a related field and a PhD in a related field. For purposes of this position, a related field may be engineering, mathematics, construction science or law.
- Contractor must demonstrate knowledge of the testing requirements and procedures of the national council for examining engineers and surveyors (NCEES) and be competent to perform the types of statistical analyses that are required to support the accuracy and efficacy of the tests developed.
- Contractor must have two or more years of experience designing and administering tests and shall provide documentation of same.
- Contractor must be able to maintain the test questions in a secure environment and sign a non- disclosure agreement to the effect that the contractor shall not disclose the content of the test or any of the questions to anyone other than those persons designated by the KSBTP.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 31, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
