[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide depository and banking services for the City operating accounts, from a qualified and responsive financial institution as defined in Kansas Statutes Annotated 9-140 and The City intends to maintain all specified banking services at one institution in order to maximize cash flow and minimize administrative costs to the government authority located in Manhattan, KS.
- Current banking account, Master bank account, other bank accounts like workers compensation account, health insurance account, flexible spending account.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 21, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
