[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide assessment management system.
- Collect student learning outcome assessment data including classroom, program, general education and institutional levels as well as co-curricular activities
- Report assessment information in an easily understandable format for all stakeholders including faculty, administration, students and appropriate external users in a real-time fashion - Include tools to help develop goals, outcome mapping and apply rubric analysis
- Enable the use of different assessment methodologies including direct as well as juried
- ability to both directly assess student work within the system and allows faculty to upload
assessment data
- secure system access for internal and external users; able to establish security to restrict/allow
access to information based on various criteria
- user-friendly with intuitive design - Incorporate other data sources (i.e. national surveys, benchmark data) to report on program viability and health
- Cloud-based platform with descriptions of information security protocols, incident management plans, data ownership policies, and FERPA compliance.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 4, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
