Government Authority located in Overland Park, Kansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for audio and video upgrade.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide, and installation/training of the audio and video upgrade to the government authority located Overland Park, KS.
- Three (3) new cameras; camera recommended must perform in low light and be operated remotely. One (1) each installed in The Black Box Theater, Polsky Theater & Yardley Hall with video playback to the Atrium optical front-end video wall
• One (1) new 40” HD display mounted with audio/video output located in the Greenroom backstage
• Two (2) new 65” HD displays mounted with video playback in the offices (CC 188)
• Two (2) new 65" HD displays mounted with audio/video backstage on either side of the Yardley Proscenium
• Two (2) new 65" HD displays mounted with audio/video backstage on either side of the Polsky Proscenium
• Two (2) new appropriately sized HD displays with audio/video outputs installed; one (1) each in CC 191 and CC174
• Ten (10) new appropriately sized HD displays installed within dressing rooms including 2 Black Box dressing rooms, allowing access to video playback
• Add optical front-end ceiling speakers in dressing room(s) with digital signal processor for audio routing
• Provide audio distribution for: Front of house/Polsky Theater; Front of house and Stage Right/Yardley Hall
• Provide balanced audio signal to all audio zones from existing front of house console
• Provide additional External Line Return (XLR) input for Talkback Mic/Comm purposes
• Stage Right communication to provide an external line return (XLR) send as well as 1/8” headphone jack for monitoring capabilities
• All front of house equipment will be distributed with Digital Audio Network through Ethernet (DANTE)
• Fiber backbone to centralized rack on 2nd floor
• Install video/audio inputs located in Yardley and Polsky lighting booths, at the back of each hall
• Install Two (2) audio/video outputs and inputs onstage in Yardley Hall and Polsky Theatre
• All equipment must integrate with existing Optical Front End (OFE)
• Cost for necessary training (if applicable)
• Please supply the expected time for completion of the project
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 03, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 11, 2019.
