Government Authority located in Kansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Third party claims administration, workers compensation and liability services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide party claims administration, workers compensation and liability services review, process, determine compensability, and manage all reported work-related injury and illness claims in accordance with the workers’ compensation statute, requirements of the division of workers' compensation and utilizing industry best practices,
- File any and all reports, forms, and documents as required by the division of workers' compensation and other self-insurance regulatory agencies, this shall include electronic data interchange compliance and the online system for claims research or regulation,
-Initiate and maintain communication with county, injured employee, health care providers, and legal counsel to coordinate prescribed treatment plans,
- Provide Medicare section 111 mandatory reporting services,
- Aggressively pursue modified duty assignments,
- Conduct on-site investigations of serious injuries at the request,
- Develop and maintain adequate claim reserves that reflect changes in the claims within TPA’s agreed Authority level,
- Establish and maintain a complete claim file for each reported injury and accident claim which will be available for review by the county at any time via the TPA’s claim data system. rm requires the ability to have four people with access to TPA’s claim system allowing the users to
a) Workers’ compensation - enter or set-up claims, attach documents, and enter notes no financial information can be changed by rm users,
b) Self-handled liability and property - enter or set-up and close claims, attach documents, enter notes, change information, including financials,
- Determine eligibility and issue payments for compensable medical, disability, and other statutory benefits using all appropriate cost containment resources, (e.g., preferred providers, prescription programs, fee schedule etc.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 4,2019.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
