[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide physical records management software include physical records management, message and request center functionality, workflow automation, audit history and audit control, electronic records retention, professional services to design, configure, test and rollout the solution, core team, administrative and end-user training; and, ongoing maintenance and support services throughout the term of the contract.
- Select both a records and document management solution, as well as a workflow solution
- Automate records retention rules and tracking with alters for when records should be destroyed
- Solution is flexible in setting up records storage locations
- Solution can track a large variety of physical records such as books, maps, binders, boxes, and etc.
- Record retention schedules
- Solution will allow various levels of security or roles-based permissions
- Solution will be able to be viewed and operated on mobile devices with connectivity
- Solution includes a workflow engine
- Professional services to design, configure, test and rollout the solution;
- Proven implementation methodology
- Major project tasks and associated key deliverables
- Timeframe by implementation phase and overall timeframe
- Assumptions made regarding scope, approach, timeframe, roles, responsibilities, etc.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 3, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
