[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide promotional toothbrushes supplies on an as needed, if needed, basis.
- 54,000 adult sized toothbrushes:
• Adult length handle
- 126,000 youth sized toothbrushes:
• Child length handle
- 1,000 infant/toddler toothbrushes:
• Assorted color, rounded triangular shape and handle can be used as teether, individually wrapped.
(2) All questions must be submitted in written no later than September 4, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract will be two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
