[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical examiner comprehensive software management system for furnishing and installing a comprehensive, fully integrated software management system for the department,
- The system will provide effective and accurate records of activities as listed below which track, control, and report to the community we serve,
- The ability to store and retrieve images of any nature over a computer network and the ability to reprint the image on a network printer or attach the image to email,
- The system must be web-enabled to provide accessibility to information through an internet browser, client/server software architecture,
- Include the normal operation of the System in a day-to-day mode, as well as back files processing and exception processing to the fullest extent possible,
- The system is able to supply case review data, specimen records and the tox request electronically and receive toxicology results electronically as well,
- The system supports digital signatures with a digital signature pad for property and evidence release, body transport, autopsy reports, and in any area where a digital signature can be useful.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
