[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide yearbook services for an annual yearbook, must be available for the yearbook advisor to contact regarding production of material, representative will visit the school at least once a quarter to instruct and assist the yearbook staff in producing creative ideas as well as answer questions and solve problems that may occur, promotional ideas, which will include posters to help promote yearbook sales, make available for classroom use materials which will aid in teaching yearbook skills, must provide the yearbook publishing software to the school and shall have a knowledgeable technical expert available to assist in the use of the software, instructions and supplies will be provided by the contractor for preparation of the yearbook, with additional available as needed, provide a graphic artist as needed to work with the yearbook staff on developing design for the theme selected for the book and must allow submission of pages in a variety of formats without additional charges to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 26, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
