[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide technical assistance and outreach to the state 100 local health departments.
- The event of a public health emergency or natural disaster.
- The general categories of work include:
• Technical assistance and training.
• Timely and effective communication.
• Collaboration on Preparedness Program Requirements.
- Providing orientation about the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Program for a new health department administrator and a new county commissioner, as requested.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 14, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for two years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
