[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staff augmentation firms to fill temporary parking attendants’ positions at special events on the university campus that occur throughout the year to the government authority located in Lawrence, KS.
- Temporary employees to assist its full time and student staff with traffic control for special and athletic events.
- This will include all university men’s football and basketball games scheduled to be played in Lawrence. May also include such events as, the university’s residence hall move-in and the university’s commencement celebration, or any other miscellaneous sponsored events.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
