[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional event and tour services include strategic plan to market, book and operate small-scale events for parties of less than 50 people that will generate revenue and help promote a positive brand for the state, integrate and work seamlessly with the kai facilities and operations staff in securing and hosting events around the competitive and practice schedules of the 18 division I teams, revenue sharing model based on Gross Revenue (before expenses) either in total or based on specifics events and tours, oversee and coordinate all relevant services performed by staff or any third-party agencies related to issues, complaints and concerns, perform administrative and clerical services relative to account management to the government authority located in Lawrence, KS.
- Venues to be included in potential plans for events and/or tours.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 16, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
Budget :
