[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide media planning, media buying and advertising services for the
university.
- Marketing Communications works with a variety of vendors to create, execute, and evaluate strategic media plans in the service of several objectives, including but not limited to: enrollment, brand awareness, and brand development.
- Media planning, buying, and other advertising needs vary from year to year, as do the objectives, target audiences, and budgets of varying campaigns.
- Marketing Communications, although the successful bidder will be responsible for providing creative strategy consultation and evaluation and/or testing plans for creative.
- Marketing Communications must see in each bidder’s response, how the agency will support ongoing strategic planning and creative consultation as it relates to campaign creation, media planning, and metrics/monitoring/evaluation.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 15, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
