[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing services to assist its full time and student staff with traffic control for special and athletic events to the government authority located in Lawrence, KS.
- Staffing services to be provided: must be available for scheduling seven days per week from the hours of 4:00 am to 11:00 pm depending upon scheduled event
- Include all university men’s football and basketball games scheduled to be played, may also include such events as, the university’s residence hall move-in and the university’s commencement celebration, or any other miscellaneous sponsored events
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
