(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant services is to review PVD's current valuation methodology, develop independent conclusion of the methodology and offer recommendations on the validity and implementation of applicable approaches in the valuation of licensed commercial grain elevator properties to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Consulting tasks shall include valuation recommendations for the following refinements or enhancements to current methodology, large terminal elevator facilities, non-operable salvaged facilities, commercial facility no longer licensed by state or federal agency.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 19, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
