[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide shredding, hard drive destruction and box storage services for Printed paper media shall be rendered into small, unreadable and unreconstructible pieces which are mixed, compressed and secured until disposed. All materials shall be classified as mixed paper without the need to remove staples and paper clips. Limited amounts of plastics and metal may be added to the paper in the consoles or bins. Plastics include binders, CD’s, tapes and disks. Metal includes staples, binders and clips to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- pickup and storage of boxed, closed files; the majority being approximately 12 ¼” x 15 ¾” x 10”, or 1.2 cubic feet. Banker boxes of 2.4 cubic feet may be utilized, but storage shall be priced at double the established rate as a 1.2 cubic foot box. All other box sizes shall not be accepted by the Contractor
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 05, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
