[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide physical and occupational therapy services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Professional experience in therapy with children youth who are blind or visually impaired,
-  Training and professional experience with sensory integration issues in blind and developmentally delayed children as it relates to orientation and mobility for the blind,
-  Training and professional experience with tracking and position in space reversals,
- Meet and talk with parents about the therapy services which are being provided for their students,
- Write evaluations which include writing goals for students needing therapy, determine the length and frequency of therapy sessions.
(2) The contract term will be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
