Government Authority located in Kansas City, Kansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for consultant services for county-wide citizen satisfaction survey.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant services for county-wide citizen satisfaction survey to the government authority located in Kansas City, KS.
- Historically the unified government has undertaken a biennial community-wide survey.
1. Consultant will develop a statistically valid citizen satisfaction survey which will be used by the Unified Government to set funding priorities.
2. All draft survey questions will be reviewed by the unified government prior to implementation of survey. Unified government staff will provide input to survey questions.
3. Survey will be administered using US mail (paper), phone and internet.
4. The surveys will have to be administered in both English and Spanish.
5. Consultant will compile a stratified random sample of potential survey respondents with the universe being county.
6. Survey analysis will include charts, tables and GIS based maps.
7. Based on previously discussed timeline, consultant will present survey results to county administrators and the elected body.
- Provide pricing of specialty surveys that may arise on an ad-hoc basis. It is envisioned these surveys would be shorter surveys with analysis at the county and commission district level only.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 16, 2019.
