[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide court interpreter orientation services.
- Video Recording/Filming, Production and Editing of eleven individual informational videos that deliver content in an engaging manner to the intended audience of current and prospective court interpreters.
- Video content will vary per video as specified in required content, below, and will include an actor on screen giving instruction, interspersed with PowerPoint slides with written information for emphasis, and photographs, examples of interpreting methods and skills, interviews with interpreters, interviews conducted by contractor, with questions provided by OJA and photographs.
- The actor must be skilled in verbally presenting information in an engrossing and effective manner, using a teleprompter, and in taking direction, the actor must dress in business attire and present a neat and professional appearance, a contractor-provided actor is preferred for this project.
- Videos must have closed captioning that is compliant with the Americans with disabilities act. contractor must provide a text file of closed captioning transcription to OJA for proofreading and review.
(2) All questions must be submitted in written no later than May 13, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract shall be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
