[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide legal counsel services to monitor/track federal regulatory agency rulemaking dockets affecting commission regulated industries in state, represent state interests by intervening and participating in federal regulatory agency proceedings before administrative agencies, prepare testimony, comments, pleadings, briefs, opinions, research, or similar assistance on regulatory issues, provide federal legislative assistance if necessary, present education on various regulatory matters, support the commission or its intra-agency and inter-agency working groups involving the commission’s regulated industries, collaborate with other state public utility commissions on federal issues to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 08, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
