Government Authority located in Kansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendors for document imaging, indexing and coding services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide document imaging, indexing and coding services to capture (image), index through coding and digitize or store a subset of trust records, review the scanned records to conduct transactional and account reconciliations in support of historical accounting projects for Trust Fund documents and other related projects
- Media files will contain both the images and the initial indexing data. The Contractor shall import both raw images and the associated data into a comprehensive indexing system and shall automatically queue the images for processing. The documents shall be coded and placed on an agreed upon storage media (currently CD/DVDs), with unique identifiers (image/document numbers) as specified by the COTR.
- The work will be primarily located at the Lenexa, Kansas. Periodic travel may be requested. As mentioned in Section 5, coding operations can occur off-site. The workstations and/or server in this off-site facility will be required to meet specific security criteria.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
