[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide boundary clearing and herbicide application services to the government authority located in Malvern, Kansas.
- Vendor shall clear all woody vegetation including vines, briars, shrubs, brush and trees from the boundary line and cut materials piled or placed as designated by the contracting officer or representative, stumps remaining after cutting shall be no taller than 2” above ground level. Immediately following cutting, treat all cut stumps with herbicide to kill the remaining plant.
(2) This bid is set-aside for total small business.
