[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide banking services including implementing a centralized payment centre that will process all electronic and mailed-in payments received by district courts in 105 counties across the state and the two appellate courts. The centralized payment centre will coincide with the rollout of the Odyssey centralized case management system that begins in June 2019 and will continue over the next two-and-a-half years, Accept electronic payments on cases made state-wide through a web-based portal or through credit card terminals in district and appellate courts, Deposit of checks accepted at local courts to the central account, either by ACH conversion or remote deposit, Consolidate funds to the central bank account from local accounts holding money paid on court cases across the state on a daily or weekly basis please provide details of how this process occurs, Allow check disbursements to individuals on daily or monthly basis and provide payee positive pay, disbursements to local and state entities on weekly or monthly basis, Provide online electronic banking with real-time deposit and disbursement detail and Provide assurance that money deposited in account is insured or backed by securities according statute.to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 6, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
